BrandDraft AI is a content generation tool. This policy explains what data we handle when you use it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you use the tool, you submit a website URL, an article title, a keyword, and optional brand notes. This information is sent to our servers to generate your article. We do not store it after your session ends.
We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information. No account is required to use BrandDraft AI.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay to unlock your article, your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form — we never see or store your payment information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
Third-party services
Payments are the only third-party interaction that involves your data. All other processing happens on our servers and is not shared with outside parties for marketing or data purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics tools or tracking cookies. Basic server logs are maintained by our hosting provider, Railway, for operational purposes only.
Data retention
We do not retain the URLs, brand notes, or article content you submit. Once your article is generated and delivered, that data is gone.
Your rights
Because we don't store personal data, there's nothing to request, correct, or delete. If you have a question about a specific transaction, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
