What BrandDraft AI is
BrandDraft AI is a content generation tool. You submit a URL, a keyword, and optional brand notes. The tool generates a draft article based on that input. You pay $9.99 CAD to unlock the full article after reading the opening free.
No refunds
You read the opening before you paid. That preview exists so you can make an informed decision. Once you unlock the full article, the transaction is final. We don't offer refunds.
What you're responsible for
You're responsible for reviewing the article before publishing. That includes checking links, verifying any statistics or claims, and confirming that product names and external sources are accurate. A "verify before publishing" list is included with every article — use it.
You're also responsible for ensuring the URL you submit is one you have the right to use as a reference. Don't submit URLs you don't own or have permission to use commercially.
What you own
Once you've paid for an article, it's yours to use however you like — publish it, edit it, repurpose it. We don't claim any rights to the content generated for you.
What we don't guarantee
The tool generates draft content. We don't guarantee that any article will rank in search engines, pass AI detection tools, suit your specific use case, or be free of errors. Edit before publishing. You know your business better than any tool does.
Acceptable use
Don't use BrandDraft AI to generate content that's misleading, defamatory, or illegal. Don't submit URLs or brand notes that contain sensitive personal data. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the tool in ways that damage the service for others.
Changes to the service
We may update pricing, features, or availability at any time. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes, but we're not obligated to maintain any particular feature or price point.
Limitation of liability
BrandDraft AI is provided as-is. We're not liable for any losses — direct or indirect — arising from your use of the tool or the content it produces. Your total remedy for any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the article in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
